 With more than 24 years’ experience, Vicki LaRose founded Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) in 1996 to provide responsive, quality-driven civil engineering services. She began her career with St. Louis-based Sverdrup Corporation (now Jacobs Engineering), spending eleven years in a variety of project management and leadership roles. Under Vicki LaRose’s direction, CDI has experienced continuous success, gaining a reputation for delivering on-time, in-budget designs for engineered GIS, site development, survey, transportation, and water resources projects. The company has grown from operating out of her basement with one employee to owning a building in Soulard with thirty engineers, technicians, and surveyors.
With a focused mission, CDI helps clients achieve their project’s success by providing superior civil engineering services while also creating meaningful personal and professional relationships. CDI strives to exceed client expectations in all aspects of our daily work. Today, CDI has an established reputation for excellence and a solid base of satisfied, repeat clients. CDI offers the expertise of a large firm with the personal attention and responsiveness of a small firm.
