The U.S. Commercial Service in Sao Paulo, Brazil is organizing an outbound Chemical Mission from the USA to Brazil on September 10-12, 2017. 

Missouri chemical suppliers will have the unique opportunity to meet with chemical distributors, clients, and partners, including opportunities to meet with OXITENO, Votorantin, and Dow Chemical (Brazil) - the three largest chemical companies in the country.

Why Brazil

Net sales for the Brazilian chemical industry in 2015, taking into account all segments, were US$112.4 billion (estimated). The chemical industry accounts for 2.5% of the Brazilian GDP.

The chemical sector is the 4th largest industry in Brazil, representing 9.74% of the industrial GDP, behind Processed Food & Beverage (20.63%); Petrochemical (16.47%); and Automotive (10.31%). Brazil is the 6th largest chemical industry in the world.

The mission agenda is as follows:

September 10- Arrival in Sao Paulo, Brazil

September 11- Contrywide briefing, prearranged one-on-one meetings with qualified chemical distributors, importers, and other partners. Mission reception at Consul General's Residence.

September 12- Prearranged one-on-one meetings with qualified chemical distributors, importers, and other partners.

September 13- Fly back to the USA (Depending on your agenda, additional meetings can be scheduled).
