 Federal Bonding
The Missouri Federal Bonding Program is a no-cost, job-incentive program to increase the hiring of job seekers and to promote the retention of employees considered to be “at risk.” “At risk” job seekers and employees are defined as people who have declared bankruptcy, have bad credit, have little or no work history, receive public assistance, or are ex-offenders. This program provides no-cost, no-deductible insurance coverage that begins the day the bonded person starts work and ends six months later.
