Technology Corporation (MTC) may have just the position for you with its immediate opening for an Accountant II at
its Jefferson City office. MTC is a public-private partnership that provides early-stage capital to entrepreneurs and startups to help them create high-tech jobs and spur innovation.
The Accountant II position will serve as the lead financial staff
support to MTC, and primary duties will include:
• Overseeing the work of MTC’s outside accounting firm
• Developing and analyzing complex financial reports
• Processing all MTC financial transactions (receipts and
disbursements)
• Ensuring contract compliance by MTC contractors, grantees,
borrowers, and investees
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited
four-year college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credits hours in
Accounting, and one or more years of professional experience in accounting or
auditing.
