Do you know someone:

  • Over the age of 18 
  • An ex-offender (non-sex/non-violent offender under supervision)
  • Has a high school diploma or GED

Did you know:

  • There is a high-demand for chefs
  • Trained chefs can earn an average of $22.40 an hour ($46,000 a year)
  • Chefs can find employment at restaurants, casinos, caterers, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and many other places

ARCHS is offering scholarships to complete an 8-week culinary institute for female and male ex-offenders at St. Louis Community College-Forest Park. Program participants must attend four classes a week over an 8-week period during the day.
