The Missouri Conservation Commission met at MDC Headquarters, 2901
W. Truman Blvd. in Jefferson City, on Thursday, Aug. 23, for a budget workshop
followed by its closed executive session and on Friday, Aug. 24, for its
regular open meeting and a closed executive session.

- Approved recommended
changes to the Wildlife Code of Missouri
identified during the mid-year review.
- Accepted the
donation of approximately 2.8 acres in Platte County as an addition to Anthony
and Beatrice Kendzora Conservation Area.
- Approved the
advertisement and sale of an estimated 1,222,395 board feet of timber located
on 498 acres of Compartment 21, Current River Conservation Area in Shannon
County.
- Approved the
submission of estimated Fiscal Year 2020 appropriation requests to the Office
of Administration budget director pursuant to Section 33.220 RSMo
