in-person MNsure help is available across the state, and the new assister directory makes
finding help more straightforward. You can search by county, city, zip
code and/or language.

On Tuesday, we unveiled more user-friendly web pages to make
finding information simpler. The website refresh includes a new homepage design, improved navigation and new
typography to make scanning and reading content easier.

Open enrollment begins Saturday, November 15. We encourage
individuals and families who will be buying health insurance for 2015 through
the MNsure marketplace to start planning.
Gather the information you will need to create an account,
determine your eligibility for financial assistance and choose a plan. And, get
free help from our network
of navigators and brokers.
To assist customers during
open enrollment, contact center hours
will be expanded starting November 15. The new hours will be Monday –
Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Saturday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Act soon—in order to secure coverage for
January 1, 2015, enrollment must be complete by December 15, 2014.
Consumers currently enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare do
not have to take any action until directed by the Minnesota Department
of Human Services.
