Brokers are insurance professionals licensed by the state of Minnesota. Brokers help you find the best coverage for your unique needs. They can walk you through your options and give advice about health and dental plans. 36% of our enrollees used a broker during the last open enrollment.

Life can change quickly. If you are enrolled in a private health plan through MNsure, make sure to keep your account up to date.
Report any changes to your income, household or address to MNsure within 30 days of the change.
The details matter!
- You could qualify for more or less financial help
- You may be eligible to switch plans
- Your current plan might not be available if you moved
- Important mail might be sent to the wrong address if you don’t report an address change

More Minnesotans now have access to free or lower cost health insurance through MinnesotaCare.
You are eligible for MinnesotaCare if you:
- Live in Minnesota.
- Meet the income limits.
- Lack other health insurance options. If your job offers you health insurance, you may still qualify if the insurance from your job is too expensive for you.
You can apply for the program at any time, however the earlier you apply, the sooner you and your family may get insurance.
MinnesotaCare covers a broad range of health care services, like preventive, routine, specialty and emergency care.
