After January 15, most people will need a major life change like moving, getting married or having a baby to enroll in health insurance for 2025 through MNsure.
If you qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, or are a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe, you can enroll in health insurance through MNsure year-round. You do not have to sign up during the open enrollment period.
