Enrolled in a private insurance plan through MNsure? Make sure to update your MNsure account if any of your information changes. That includes a new address, changes to your income, or additions to your family.
You need to report any changes that affect your enrollment or your eligibility for financial help within 30 days of the change.
If you are enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, it’s important to keep your contact information updated so you can be reached when it’s time to renew. If you’ve moved in the past three years or you will be moving soon, please update your address, phone number and email today. Visit mn.gov/dhs/mycontactinfo to learn more.

When you experience big life events like getting married, having a baby or moving, you may be eligible for a special enrollment period to enroll in 2024 medical and dental insurance.

Remember: If you qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, or are a member of a federally recognized tribe, you can enroll through MNsure at any time of the year.
