The open enrollment period for 2024 medical and dental coverage starts today!

Open enrollment is the annual opportunity for Minnesotans to shop and compare their plan options, sign up for coverage, or change plans through MNsure.

Tips for getting started:

• Compare plans and estimate your savings. (MNsure is the only place you can get a tax credit to lower your premiums!)
• Get free help from a MNsure-certified broker or navigator.
• If you are new to MNsure, check the how to apply section on our website.

MNsure’s open enrollment period goes through January 15, 2024. To get coverage that starts on January 1, enroll by December 15.

Note: If you qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, or are a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe, you can enroll in health insurance through MNsure year-round. You do not have to sign up within the open enrollment period.
