Keep Your Contact Info Up to Date and Report Changes

Report household changes such as income change, address change, additions to family

Enrolled in a private health plan through MNsure? Make sure to update your MNsure account if any of your information changes. That includes a new address, changes to your income or additions to your family.

You need to report any changes that affect your enrollment or your eligibility for financial help within 30 days of the change.

If you are enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, it’s important to keep your contact information updated so you can be reached when it’s time to renew. If you’ve moved in the past three years or you will be moving soon, please update your address, phone number and email today. Visit mn.gov/dhs/mycontactinfo to learn more.

Using Your Coverage: Know Your Network

Know where to go for care

Do you know what medical network your plan covers, and which doctors are in-network?

Don't pay more than you have to for your medical care. Make sure the doctors and clinics you go to are in your plan's network. Before you schedule a medical test or procedure, check if the doctors and health care facilities are in-network.

If you have questions about your coverage, call your insurance company to get help.
