Do you need health insurance now? MNsure is here to help with special enrollment options for Minnesotans.
If you have lost your insurance because of a job loss or have experienced another change like getting married, moving, or having a baby, come to MNsure.org to find out how you can enroll in new coverage.
These and other qualifying life events may make you eligible for a special enrollment period.
 In most cases, you must enroll within 60 days of the change. You can even access tax credits to help lower the cost of your plan, depending on your income.

If you qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, or are a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe, you can enroll at any time of the year.
