Here are a few things to know as we get closer to the start of open enrollment.
New Dates
MNsure's open enrollment period for 2020 private health and dental coverage is shorter than previous years. It starts Friday, November 1, and ends Monday, December 23.
Everyone who enrolls in a private plan during this seven-week period will have coverage that starts January 1, 2020.
2020 plans will be available to view at MNsure.org beginning October 15.
Improvements Coming

 How you shop for and select a private medical or dental plan will change on November 1. It will work similarly to MNsure's Shop and Compare tool.
And, a new enrollment dashboard will provide a more user-friendly experience as you shop for, enroll in and manage your 2020 plans.
