A Word from the CEO

As some of you might have heard, yesterday I announced I was stepping down as CEO of MNsure. It has been my great honor to lead MNsure and work to improve our operations to better serve you, our customers.

MNsure’s current chief operating officer, Nate Clark, has been named acting CEO and will assume leadership in mid-April. Nate is an incredible leader who over the last few years oversaw the design and implementation of many of our best improvements, including increased system stability, decreased call wait times and the new courtesy callback feature. I know that under his leadership MNsure will continue its strong record of progress.

Finally I would just like to thank each and every one of you for the trust you place in us with your health coverage. It is a trust we do not take lightly, and we work every day to make sure we are doing everything we can to ensure that you and your family have the coverage you deserve. Thank you again.

With deepest gratitude,

Allison O'Toole, CEO
