Reflect, Discuss, and Move to Action on Youth Policy
That's what the Youth Policy Forum (YPF) is all about. This free event is an unique opportunity for a broad array of youth policy advocates and supporters - from afterschool, school-age care, youth employment, community-school partnerships, and more - to come together and reflect on our efforts this legislative session.
The agenda for the day will include:
- Welcome from Youth Funder’s Network
- Legislative Session Recap - State and Federal Policy
- Policymaker Panel
- Policy Advocate Panel
- Small Group Discussions - facilitated by young people
- Final Reflections & Closing
Our panelists will include representatives from the Minnesota Department of Education, Senator Franken's Office, MNSACA-MNAEYC, YIPA, and more.
