Shout-out to Sprockets Activators at the Library!

Activators at M3

Marika Staloch and her team at Libraries worked hard this year to set measurable goals and targets to improve programming at Createch, using quality data collected from the YPQA and attendance data from the Sprockets Shared Database. But how do you measure a goal like "increasing teen sense of belonging?" Read about their journey through the Sprockets Activator Improvement Cycle and how they're going to measure success at Createch!

Congrats to all 34 organizations who completed the Activator Improvement Cycle! Thank you for all you do to support youth success!
