Shout-out to Sprockets Activators at the Library!

Activators at M3

Marika Staloch and her team at Libraries worked hard this year to set measurable goals and targets to improve programming at Createch, using quality data collected from the YPQA and attendance data from the Sprockets Shared Database. But how do you measure a goal like "increasing teen sense of belonging?" Read about their journey through the Sprockets Activator Improvement Cycle and how they're going to measure success at Createch!

Congrats to all 34 organizations who completed the Activator Improvement Cycle! Thank you for all you do to support youth success!

northstar fellows

Are you a youth worker looking to grow professionally by learning and sharing with a cohort of peers? Are you passionate about youth organizing and how it applies to your work? Apply to be a NorthStar Fellow! Applications are due June 30.

Fellows will frame an inquiry question and spend the year reviewing relevant research and writings; tapping the local wisdom of their professional network; engaging in conversation with local and national leaders in the field; and writing a position paper that will inform systems development and field advancement in Minnesota.
