NOTICE OF POST-ELECTION REVIEW (PER)
ST. LOUIS COUNTY AUDITOR
Notice is hereby given that the St. Louis County Auditor will conduct a Post-Election Review (PER) on Friday, November 13, 2026 - beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commissioner’s Boardroom, 2nd Floor, County Courthouse, 100 North 5th Avenue West, Duluth, MN.
The Post-Election Review (PER) will consist of a hand recount of votes from six (6) precincts for the offices of U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative – District 8 and Governor and Lieutenant Governor. The precincts will be randomly selected by the County Canvassing Board at the St. Louis County Election Canvassing Board meeting held on November 12, 2026.
