NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE ST. LOUIS COUNTY GREATER MN TRANSPORTATION SALES AND USE TAX TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PLAN, UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 297A.993
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of St. Louis County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 10:05 a.m. in the County Board Room, Second Floor, St. Louis County Courthouse, 100 N. 5th Avenue West in Duluth, Minnesota, to provide an opportunity for the public to express their views concerning: (i) an amendment to the St. Louis County Greater MN Transportation Sales and Use Tax Transportation Improvement Plan (the “TST TIP Amendment”) and dedication of proceeds of the transportation sales and use tax proceeds to projects in the TST TIP, as amended (the “TST TIP”); and (ii) the County’s intent to use proceeds of its previously issued $45,000,000 General Obligation Transportation Sales and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2025A (the “Bonds”) for projects listed in the TST TIP and Capital Improvement Plan, which are eligible projects to be financed under Minnesota Statutes, Section 297A.993, the Capital Improvement Plan and the TST TIP, as amended and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
