NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE ANNUAL AMENDMENT
TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN BY
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MINNESOTA

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of St. Louis County, Minnesota, will conduct public hearings on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Louis County Courthouse, 100 N. 5th Ave W., Duluth, MN, to provide an opportunity for the public to express their views concerning an amendment to the County’s Capital Improvement Plan for the years 2027 through 2031 pursuant to Minnesota Statues, § 373.40 and the Capital Improvement Plan (the “CIP”), as amended and approved by the Board of County Commissioners. All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
