Sheriff's Office partners in Faith and Blue Community Night event

The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is partnering the St. Louis County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, Mesabi Range Youth for Christ and Iron Range Renewal to bring a national community-building event to the Iron Range. Faith and Blue will be Friday, October 9, from 5-8 p.m., at the Mt. Iron Community Center, 8586 Enterprise Drive South.
The family-friendly event will feature a community meal, live music and an encouraging message, plus law enforcement vehicles on display and activities for kids. Other local law enforcement agencies plan to participate as schedules allow.
Faith and Blue is free to attend, and all are welcome. Anyone coming is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Salvation Army.
Faith and Blue is a national initiative established in 2020 with the goal of facilitating safer, stronger, more just and unified communities. The event strengthens local partnerships among law enforcement professionals, residents, businesses and community groups through the connections of local faith-based organizations.
