Adrien Marie Gunderson Pleads Guilty
Court file #69VI-CR-24-948
Today, before the Honorable Michelle M. Anderson, Adrien Marie Gunderson, 40, pleaded guilty to Felony Drive by Shooting Toward Occupied Building, announced St. Louis County Attorney Kim Maki. The plea agreement allows Ms. Gunderson to argue for a departure from the Minnesota sentencing guidelines, which, given her apparent criminal history, presume a prison sentence of at least 50 months. The State intends to argue for the maximum sentence allowed under the terms of the agreement.
Ms. Gunderson, during her plea, admitted that on September 2, 2024, she fired multiple shots at the front door of the Hells Angels Clubhouse located in Eveleth. Camera footage established that Ms. Gunderson exited a vehicle, approached the front door of the clubhouse, and fired multiple shots. Officers located fourteen 9mm casings scattered around the street and sidewalk in front of the clubhouse, bullet holes on the front door of the clubhouse, and apparent bullet damage inside the front entryway of the clubhouse.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant St. Louis County Attorney Chris Florey.
