ST. LOUIS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice of Possible Zoning Map Amendment for the Town of Balkan

Notice is hereby given that the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners will review and render a final decision regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment to extend Multiple Use Zoning to rezone parcel 235-0010-03900 within Section 26, T58N, R20W in the Town of Balkan. The proposed zoning change is from Industrial-4 to Multiple Use-4.

 

Board discussion and a final decision regarding the proposed zoning map amendment will take place beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the Duluth Courthouse, County Board Room, 100 N. 5th Ave. W., Duluth, MN.
