Jamie Scott Leblanc found guilty

Court file #69DU-CR-22-3401

Today, after 4 hours of deliberation, a Duluth jury found Jamie Scott Leblanc, 52, guilty of Third-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, announced County Attorney Kim Maki.  The verdict was delivered following a three-day jury trial before the Honorable Theresa Neo.

The assault occurred on the 2nd floor of a downtown Duluth bar on November 14, 2021.  Minnesota law presumes a sentence of 48 months in prison; however, it is anticipated that Mr. Leblanc will ask the court for a departure.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 18, 2026.

The case was prosecuted by Duluth Criminal Division Head Nathaniel Stumme.
