Canosia Township Snowmobile Crash
On 02/03/2026, shortly after 7:30pm, emergency responders were dispatched to the area Lavaque Road and Martin Road in Canosia Township for the report of a snowmobile crash. It was later determined the adult female operator lost control of the snowmobile at the road crossing and fell off the machine onto the roadway.
The operator was transported by Mayo Ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The Canosia Township Volunteer Fire Department, Mayo Clinic Ambulance, and St. Louis County Rescue squad assisted with response to this incident.
