Two vehicle accident Cherry Township
On December 15, 2025 at approximately 5:36 PM area first responders and law enforcement were dispatched to the report of a two-vehicle personal injury accident at the Intersection of Iron Junction Road and Tamminen Road located in Cherry Township.
Both involved vehicles contained only one occupant.
The driver of one of the involve vehicles was transported to an area hospital by EMS for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The other driver did not appear to sustain any injuries.
One vehicle was traveling northbound on the Tamminen Rd and the over vehicle was traveling eastbound on Iron Junction Rd. The intersection is controlled with stop signs posted on the Tamminen Rd.
The accident remains under investigation by the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
