Structure Fire
On 10/15/2025, just after 8pm, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office and area fire departments from North Star and Normanna Townships responded to the report of a structure fire near the intersection of Pequaywan Lake Road and Fox Farm Road in North Star Township.
A passerby called 911 to report observing large flames in the area, and an unoccupied cabin or deer shack was found to be a total loss as result of the fire. There were no injuries reported and the cause of this fire remains under investigation.
