Parking ramp behind St. Louis County Courthouse in Duluth re-opens following repairs

The Third Street Parking Ramp, which connects by skywalk to the rear of the St. Louis County Courthouse in Duluth, has re-opened following several months of maintenance and resurfacing work.

A portion of the fourth level of the ramp remains blocked off for continued work, which is expected to take several more weeks. Motorists are reminded to use extra caution when driving through the ramp if workers are present.
