  Drug Bust
On March 31, 2025, Larry Connail Wilkins DOB 3/19/1969 was arraigned in St. Louis County Court Hibbing for 1st degree sale cocaine and 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.
On March 28, 2025, members of the LSVOTF and ARC probation conducted a search of Wilkins' apartment in Hibbing after receiving information that Wilkins was selling cocaine. During a search of the apartment, approximately 107 grams of cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, digital scale and $8361.00 was located.
Wilkins was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail in Hibbing.
In February 2025, Wilkins pled guilty in St. Louis County Court Hibbing to 2nd degree sale of cocaine and was given a probationary sentence. That investigation was also conducted by members of the LSVOTF.
