UTV rollover with injuries
On November 16th, 2024, at 6:37 P.M., the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office responded to the 3200 Block of Fraser Road in Lavell Township for the report of a UTV crash. The sole occupant of the UTV was reported as a 34 year old male.
St. Louis Deputies arrived on scene and spoke with the male who was being treated by emergency medical personnel. After speaking with the male, it was determined he was the driver and lone occupant. There were no witnesses to the crash. After being treated for minor injuries, Deputies processed the 34 year old male from Cloquet for driving while intoxicated who was later arrested.
The identity of the male is being withheld pending formal charges.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the St. Louis County Rescue Squad, Cherry first responders, and the Virginia ambulance.
