2024 Plat books now available in print and via mobile app
St. Louis County has updated its Land Atlas and Plat Book for 2024. Printed copies are available for purchase, and a mobile app version is available for smart phones and tablets. The last time the Plat Book was published was in 2020.
Printed copies of the 2024 Land Atlas and Plat Book are $30. The books can be purchased at five locations: the St. Louis County Auditor’s Office in the Duluth Courthouse, the Auditor’s Service Center at the Miller Hill Mall, the Auditor’s Office in the Government Services Center - Virginia, the Recorder’s Office in the Hibbing Courthouse and the Commissioner’s Office in the St. Louis County Service Center in Ely.
With the mobile app, users are able to locate their position on the map, draw and measure, record GPS track and more. The app will function in areas with no cellular service. Maps for the app are available for the full county for $24.99 or half (north/south) for $14.99 each.
