Incident Summary:  On March 19th, 2023 at approximately 8:00 P.M. First responders were dispatched to a personal injury snowmobile crash that occurred on Crane Lake.

64 year old Carole SCOTT was operating her snowmobile in the southwest corner of Crane Lake when she struck an ice berm/ridge causing her snowmobile to roll over.

SCOTT was transported by North Memorial Air Care to  Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth with non-life threatening injuries.  

Assisting agencies:  Crane Lake First Responders, Orr Ambulance, Buyck Fire Department
