Incident Summary: On July 31st, 2022 at approximately 8:00 P.M. St. Louis County deputies responded to a one vehicle crash that occurred on Hwy 115 approximately 5 miles east of Cook, Mn.

Michael EGAN was driving westbound on Hwy 115 in a 2016 Ford Truck when his vehicle veered off the road into the south side ditch.  The vehicle then struck a power pole, overturned, and started on fire. 

EGAN and his two passengers Liam ARNAR and Cole SHIPMAN were transported by ambulance to the Cook and Essentia Health-Virginia hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. 

Alcohol is a contributing factor.
