Incident Summary: A 911 service outage has been reported in the Cook area that could affect both landlines and cell phones.  Service  technicians are enroute to repair the outage, however at this time it is unknown how long the outage will last.  If you need to report an emergency and your landline or cell phone does not work in this area you can respond to the Cook Fire/Ambulance Hall located at 111 2nd Street Southeast in Cook to report your emergency.

Repairs to the 911 service are complete.  911 service is again operational in the Cook and affected areas.
