Tamminen Road reopens near Cherry School

County Road 447, also known as Tamminen Road, is now re-open. St. Louis County Public Works has successfully replaced the large culvert beneath the road.

Tamminen Road leads to Cherry School and has been closed since May 13 when it was discovered that high water levels had caused the previous culvert to fail, leading to erosion of the ground supporting the road.

Tamminen Road, leading to Cherry School, has reopened after St. Louis County Public Works installed a new culvert and made necessary repairs.
