Incident Summary: 

On April 6, 2022 deputies from the St. Louis Co Sheriff's Office were called to investigate a complaint of an individual releasing dogs from a vehicle in the Ash River area near Kabetogama Lake. The incident began drawing attention from several social media platforms and additional complaints were being generated. The incident was investigated and claims that several dogs/puppies were being dumped in that area are false.
