Incident Summary: 

On February 17th 2022 at approximately 10:50 PM, the St Louis County Sheriff's Office  responded to a single snowmobile accident with injuries on the Kabustasa Trail near Forest Rd. 489 in Portage Township. It was determined, a 16 yr male was riding the trail with family before driving off the trail and crashing into the woods. 1st responders transported the male out of the woods to an ambulance. The male was transported by ambulance before being life-flighted to another undetermined location. The males condition is unknown at this time.
