Incident Summary:

On 9/17/2021 the St. Louis County Sheriff's office received a call of a male party who had walked off from the above address stemming from a disturbance call. The reporting party, who is Dustin's Aunt, had called and stated that Dustin had walked off with her dog and her cell phone. The Aunt last saw him walking North across Leander Road West of her residence near a creek bed. Deputies responded to the residence and spoke with the Aunt who had since noted that the dog had returned but Dustin and her phone were still missing. She indicated to Deputies the point last seen. Deputies located the area and confirmed footprints in the creek bed continuing to the North. Dustin suffers from substance abuse issues and Ataxia, which is a central nervous system disorder and causes him to walk with a cane. Dustin is 6'0" 140 pounds, slender build. Last seen wearing black sweat pants with a grey stripe, white shoes, grey sweatshirt, grey backpack, and possibly a bluish/grey jacket with a hood. He has several tattoos and has one on the left side of his face from above the eye extending down to his jaw and neck(possibly a serpent or a monster in red and black ink). An extensive search of the area was conducted today 9/22/21 by land and air, utilizing the St. Louis County Rescue squad, K-9, and Drone Teams. Dustin was not located and is currently listed as a missing and vulnerable adult. There is no indication of foul play at this time. The Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Dustin. If anyone has seen or heard from Dustin, please call 911 or call the non-emergency Dispatch number for St. Louis County 218-742-9825.
