Incident Summary: On September 13th, 2021 at approximately 1:28 PM Saint Louis County Sheriff's deputies responded to a dump truck crash that occurred on Spirit Lake road near the Virta Road West intersection in Clinton Township.  The dump truck was traveling north bound on Spirit Lake road when it went off road to the east and rolled over.  The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle a 38 year old male was pronounced dead on the scene.  The driver will be identified after family has been notified.   

Assisting agencies:  Minnesota State Patrol,  Clinton Fire Department, Cherry first responders,  Virginia Fire and Ambulance, Mt. Iron Fire Department.
