Auditor's Office reducing in-person services

With the property tax deadline long passed, the St. Louis County Auditor's Office is reducing its in-person services at the Courthouse in Duluth. Anyone still needing to make payment for property taxes can use the secure drop box outside the Courthouse in Duluth or the Government Services Center in Virginia, or can submit their payment by mail, or in person at the Auditor's Service Center at the Miller Hill Mall.

The Auditor's Office had temporarily opened early last month due to high need for two of its services: property tax payments and voting. The office remains open as final elections details are completed.

These changes do not affect the Auditor's Service Center at the Miller Hill Mall, which re-opened this week following a mandatory five day closure to convert to the new state MNDRIVE system for motor vehicle transactions.

Contact information for all services provided by the Auditor's Office can be found online at stlouiscountymn.gov/auditor.
