Incident Summary:On October 11th, 2020 at approximately 3:30 P.M. Saint Louis County Sheriff’s deputies assisted by McDavitt First responders, Cherry Fire Department, Meadowlands ambulance, and North Memorial air medical responded to a motorcycle crash that occurred in the 1400 block of Hwy 7 in McDavitt township. Douglas Johnson was traveling southbound on his motorcycle when he lost control and drove into the west side ditch. Johnson was transported by North Memorial air medical to Essentia Health-St. Mary’s medical center in Duluth with non-life threatening injuries.
