Incident Summary:

The Rice Lake Fire Department, Lakewood Fire Department, Fredenberg Fire Department and Canosia Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire at 5054 Howard Gnesen Road in the City of Rice Lake. It was reported that there was a loud noise coming from the attic along with smoke. A 35 year old man was treated on scene for smoke inhalation but there were no other injuries. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
