Incident Summary: On October 5th, 2019, at approximately 1:59 A.M., the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office along with Cook Fire and Ambulance Service, Orr Fire Department, Virginia Ambulance Service, and St. Louis County Rescue Squad were dispatched to a UTV (off road side by side) accident with injuries. The UTV was traveling northbound on the 7300 block of County Rd. 422 just South of the Kallio Rd. intersection, when the UTV drove straight off the road in a corner. The male operator was reportedly wearing a seat belt harness but sustained facial injuries. The male was transported by ambulance to the Cook Hospital for medical treatment. The accident is under investigation by the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office. Speed and Alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the accident. The name of the operator is being withheld pending family notifications.
