Incident Summary: On 8/01/2019 at around 2 PM, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle crash up on the Britt Bypass Road in rural Britt.  Upon arrival deputies discovered the vehicle had been traveling northwest in the 7200 block of Britt Bypass Road when it crossed the centerline and traveled down into the oncoming lane's ditch, hit an embankment, went airborn and then struck a large tree.  The sole occupant and driver of the truck Mary Richard was transported to the Virginia Hospital by ambulance and treated for what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.  The incident remains under investigation at this time.
