Incident Summary: On 6/07/2019 at around 3:45 PM, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office responded to an ATV crash up north of Orr on Forest Service Road 601.  Tim Harding was driving a side-by-side ATV with Justin Hamilton as a passenger.  They crested the top of a hill and lost control of the ATV, rolling it over.  A second ATV driven by Ronald Harding who was following them,  then ran into the rolled over ATV which was just over the hill crest.  No one in the second ATV was injured.  Tim Harding was treated and released with minor injuries.  Justin Hamilton sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken by Lifelink to a Duluth hospital for treatment.  Speed appears to be a factor in the crash.  The incident remains under investigation at this time.
