Incident Summary:

On Feb. 4th, 2019 at approximately 10:50 AM, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office received a report of a burglary that occurred overnight at the Old Muni Bar in the City of Cook. 

A Deputy Sheriff responded to the business and through investigation determined a safe containing an undisclosed amount of cash and checks were taken during the burglary. 

The Sheriff's Office proceeded with an investigation into the incident, which has resulted in felony charges of 3rd Degree Burglary being filed against Prescott, Morris and Martin-Hall in St. Louis County District Court.  Court dates for Morris and Martin-Hall have been set for April 12th, 2019 at the St. Louis County Courthouse in Virginia, MN.  On 3/20/2019 an arrest warrant was issued for Prescott regarding this investigation. 

The Sheriff's Office was assisted in this investigation by the St. Paul, MN Police Dept.
