Incident Summary: On 3/19/2019 at 1735 hours there was  a 911 call reporting a house fire on the 5100 Block of Gortin Rd in the City of Rice Lake.  There was significant damage to the residence from the fire.  The fire is being investigated by the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office and Rice Lake Fire Department.  Foul play is not suspected. There were no injuries to any parties.

The following fire departments assisted with the fire: Rice Lake Fire, Air Guard Fire, Hermantown Fire, Lakewood Fire, Canosia Fire and Normanna Fire
