Incident Summary: On 08-30-18, at approximately 4:56 PM the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office along with Ellsburg Township Fire and First Responders and Meadowlands Ambulance Service responded to an ATV accident with injuries in the 6200 block of Bass Cove Rd. in rural Cotton, MN in Ellsburg Township.  A 17 year old male was operating his ATV on family owned private property when the accident occurred. The male operator was attempting to climb a hill with his ATV when it overturned causing a leg injury.  The male operator was transported by Meadowlands Ambulance to a Duluth hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  The ATV accident was investigated by the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office.
