Incident Summary: On July 10, 2018 members of the LSDVCTF executed a narcotics search warrant at the Black Bear Café as the result of an investigation into Yernatich for methamphetamine sales. During the course of the search warrant at the café, members of the LSDVCTF located approximately 128 grams of methamphetamine and a large amount of cash. On July 12, 2018 Yernatich was arraigned in St Louis County District Court Virginia for 1st degree sale methamphetamine, 1st degree possession methamphetamine, possession of ammunition by a felon and possession of a stun gun by a felon
