Incident Summary:

On December 25, 2017 at approximately 10:09 PM the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding an overdue hunter. 

At approx. 1:30 PM on 12/25/17, David Quiser had reported to a family member he was going hunting in the area of Hwy. 24/Holm Rd. in Beatty Township, however his family became concerned after he failed to return home.  The St. Louis Co. Volunteer Rescue Squad was notified and searched the area, however at this time Quiser has not been located.

Quiser is believed to be driving a tan colored 2002 Ford Crew cab pickup bearing MN license 56ZJ.  The Sheriff's Office is asking the public to contact 9-1-1 if they have any information as to Quiser's whereabouts.

Additional Information or Update: 

Quiser was located this afternoon at approx. 4:22 PM.  He was located in the Gheen area East of Hwy. 53 by a passerby.  Quiser's vehicle reportedly became stuck and after spending the night in his vehicle he began walking out for help.  He was taken to the Cook Hospital suffering from hypothermic conditions.
